PW Construction Inc. was selected as the Design/Build Contractor for the development of the phased improvements to the Angeles National Forest Supervisors Office Replacement Project. Mary McGrath Architects was the design team representative who lead the project from programming through occupancy. The project was completed in 2013.

The Supervisors Office Building is a two-story building that houses open and private office space, meeting rooms, training classrooms, and support spaces such as restrooms, storage, break areas, workrooms/plotter areas, an exercise room and public and employee lobbies. The project includes the Renovation of a 1930’s Warehouse into a new National Forest Training Center with offices and support spaces for both the Law Enforcement and Fire Departments of the National Forest.

The building is sited to provide a direct connection to the public entrance and at the same time create a courtyard space which joins the rehabilitated Fire Training Center structure into a cohesive compound.
