Fire Station No. 2
The City of Lodi replaced its existing Fire Station No. 2 with this new station located at the corner of Cherokee Lane and Oak St. Station No. 2 serves the East side of Lodi and the corner location provides excellent response capability to the North and South. The new 8,000 SF station contains two drive-through bays, living quarters for 6 on-duty personnel with associated office and apparatus support areas. The .93 acre site accommodates the station, a 2,000 SF equipment storage building and an area designated for rescue training. The brick facade compliments an existing neighborhood school located across the street and arched apparatus bay door openings reflect the historic details of the City’s first fire station.
